Remote Web Developer (Webflow & WordPress Specialist)

Description:

• Pavago is seeking a full-time, remote Web Developer with expertise in Webflow and WordPress development.
• The role involves building, optimizing, and maintaining high-quality websites.
• Responsibilities include converting Figma designs into pixel-perfect Webflow websites, building custom interactions and animations, and extending Webflow functionality using custom CSS, JavaScript, and the Webflow API.
• The developer will create custom CMS-driven solutions in Webflow and optimize sites for performance, SEO, and accessibility.
• In WordPress, the developer will develop and customize themes and plugins from scratch, create high-performance solutions using PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, and integrate third-party APIs.
• General web development tasks include enhancing front-end functionality, ensuring cross-browser compatibility, and troubleshooting bugs and performance issues.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have proven experience with Webflow development, including CMS implementation and API integration.
• Strong expertise in WordPress theme and plugin development from scratch is required.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript (GSAP, jQuery), and PHP is essential.
• Experience optimizing websites for speed, SEO, and accessibility is necessary.
• Candidates should understand debugging SEO-related issues such as duplicate content and broken links and be able to troubleshoot performance and security vulnerabilities.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously are required.
