Description:

CardFlight is seeking a Full Stack Software Engineer to join their remote US location-neutral team.
The Web engineering team is collaborative and diverse, focused on delivering new features and enhancements for CardFlight's products.
The role involves influencing the creation and maintenance of current and future CardFlight Web products.
Responsibilities include hands-on contributions to the backend web stack built on Ruby on Rails and a JavaScript-based front-end using Preact.
The DevOps infrastructure is based on AWS, with CI/CD managed via GitHub actions.
The iOS app is developed in Swift with some Objective C, while the Android stack is in Kotlin using MVVM.
Strong communication, mentorship, and leadership skills are valued in this position.
The role is fully remote, with opportunities for team gatherings throughout the year.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 3+ years of web development experience.
Experience in designing and building quality, highly scalable applications is required.
Superior communication and collaboration skills are essential.
