Description:
The Web Projects Lead is a key member of the UX team, responsible for leading website redesign projects.
This role combines client and industry research with a deep understanding of web best practices to create goal-driven, user-friendly websites.
Key responsibilities include examining site analytics to inform redesign strategy, developing site navigation and information architecture, and conducting content analysis based on strategic goals.
The position involves designing and building website content using tools like Elementor, WPBakery, Hubspot, and Webflow.
The Web Projects Lead will review mockups with a focus on UX and conversion rate optimization (CRO) and ensure alignment with client branding and messaging.
Clear communication of requirements and action items with stakeholders is essential.
The role includes leading the organization and process adherence for smooth website redesign projects alongside the Project Manager.
Additional tasks may involve user journey mapping, A/B testing, brand messaging development, and independent tasks delegated by senior team members.
The role may also encompass UX, market research, and brand consultancy projects, including survey creation, persona development, and brand messaging consultations.
The position requires executing deliverables under the supervision of the Chief Services Officer (CSO) and collaborating with design and development teams.
The Web Projects Lead will track projects in Brafton's project management application and ensure quality standards are met.
The role may involve exploring new service offerings and gaining insights into industry trends.
Requirements:
A Bachelor’s degree is preferred for this position.
A minimum of two years of relevant work experience is preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
Exceptional writing skills are necessary for this role.
Comfort and efficacy with spreadsheets are essential.
Knowledge of the evolving digital search landscape and content marketing is required.
Familiarity with website design and UX best practices is necessary.
Technical knowledge of WordPress and other widely used content management systems (CMS) is required.
Contractors must provide their own industry hardware and a stable internet connection.
