Description:
Zip is seeking a Web Systems Administrator to join their Marketing team, focusing on enhancing the company's web presence and business growth.
The role involves developing and executing strategies for search engine optimization, user experience, conversion rate optimization, and overall website performance.
Responsibilities include defining data-driven strategies for demand generation, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and tracking key metrics for continuous improvement.
The position requires building the strategic vision for the Ziphq.com web experience, including product landing pages, blogs, and microsites.
The Web Systems Administrator will own the development and implementation roadmap for the website, ensuring it serves as a key acquisition channel through SEO best practices.
Regular audits of the website will be conducted to identify optimization areas, partnering with the Ops and Analytics team for reporting and A/B testing.
The role includes maintaining site pixels and tracking infrastructure to ensure efficient site performance and analytics monitoring.
The administrator will act as a liaison for Corporate and Product Marketing teams, ensuring the website meets the needs of business prospects and existing clients.
Responsibilities also include strategizing and developing custom landing pages for paid marketing campaigns and project managing across various teams for seamless website operation.
The position requires monitoring performance and conducting regular test plans to ensure website quality and efficiency.
Requirements:
Candidates must have 5+ years of experience in modern web app development and/or UI/UX development.
Proficiency in Webflow, React, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is required.
Experience with mobile optimization, adaptable design, and Google Web Vitals is necessary.
Candidates should have experience with A/B testing and executing CRO strategies using tools like Optimizely and Google Optimize.
In-depth knowledge of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and tools such as Google Analytics and SEMrush is essential.
Strong analytics skills with experience in setting up full-funnel conversion events tracking and dashboards are required.
Knowledge of web standard methodologies, SEO, accessibility, and ADA requirements is necessary.
Experience with internationalization and localization is preferred.
Candidates must be able to troubleshoot website issues in a fast-paced environment.
Strong project management, communication, and collaboration skills are essential, with the ability to influence and align stakeholders.
Experience with Segment is a plus.
