The Webflow and Front End Web Developer will report to the Director of Marketing and will be responsible for developing the Webflow and front end web experience.
The role includes optimizing the web and post-click experience, implementing new design changes, and collaborating with design, product, and marketing teams.
Responsibilities include designing full-stack systems, creating localized pages, designing microsites, optimizing web pages for accessibility and SEO, and using data analytics to improve user engagement.
Requirements:
At least 2 years of experience with Webflow and preferably 3 to 4 years in direct website development and design.
Proficient understanding of web markup, including HTML5 and CSS3.
Technical SEO optimization experience is required.
Experience with responsive and adaptive design is necessary.
Proficient understanding of client-side scripting and JavaScript frameworks, including jQuery.
Understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and web optimization techniques is essential.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment are required.
High attention to detail and excellent communication skills are necessary.
A passion for marketing, web design, and web development is essential.
