Description:

  • The Webflow and Front End Web Developer will report to the Director of Marketing and will be responsible for developing the Webflow and front end web experience.
  • The role includes optimizing the web and post-click experience, implementing new design changes, and collaborating with design, product, and marketing teams.
  • Responsibilities include designing full-stack systems, creating localized pages, designing microsites, optimizing web pages for accessibility and SEO, and using data analytics to improve user engagement.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience with Webflow and preferably 3 to 4 years in direct website development and design.
  • Proficient understanding of web markup, including HTML5 and CSS3.
  • Technical SEO optimization experience is required.
  • Experience with responsive and adaptive design is necessary.
  • Proficient understanding of client-side scripting and JavaScript frameworks, including jQuery.
  • Understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and web optimization techniques is essential.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment are required.
  • High attention to detail and excellent communication skills are necessary.
  • A passion for marketing, web design, and web development is essential.
