Description:
The Bosch Research and Technology Center North America is seeking a Wireless AI Intern to work on product-oriented research.
The intern will design and develop innovative intelligent wireless solutions with a focus on AI/ML.
Responsibilities include designing and developing embedded software to implement proof of concept prototypes.
The intern will conduct performance analysis and feasibility studies using simulations, experiments, and analytical modeling.
The role involves publishing research work in the form of patents and conference/journal publications.
This internship provides an all-round research experience in product development, including active contributions to developing requirements specifications and algorithm/protocol development leading to proof-of-concept demos.
Requirements:
The candidate must be a PhD student in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering.
Experience in wireless communication, signal processing, and machine learning is required.
A solid background in wireless sensing techniques such as RSSI, ToF, CSI, and CIR is necessary.
The candidate should be experienced in using different machine learning libraries and tools, such as TensorFlow.
Strong programming skills in C and Python are required, and embedded programming experience is a significant plus.
Knowledge of data augmentation models, GANs, and transfer learning is desired.
Benefits:
The internship duration is between 3 to 6 months.
The U.S. base salary range for this intern position is $44.00 to $66.00 hourly, with individual pay determined by factors such as degree type, work experience, and job knowledge.
