• The position is for a WordPress Administrator / Tech Operations Specialist at Autism Parenting Magazine.
• The role involves managing WordPress plugins, content updates, and quality assurance testing to ensure the digital infrastructure runs smoothly.
• Responsibilities include liaising with software vendors to resolve bugs and technical issues, updating website content, and building sales and opt-in pages using Thrive Themes.
• The specialist will configure and troubleshoot software tools as needed and complete basic graphic design tasks using Canva, as well as edit video content for various projects.
• Conducting quality assurance for website updates, landing pages, and campaigns is also part of the job.
• The role requires following monthly standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the online magazine to ensure timely and accurate task execution.
• General SEO tasks, such as fixing broken links, will be handled by the specialist.
• The position involves organizing and project managing web and infrastructure projects across team members.
• This is a full-time role with working hours from 8:00 to 17:00 UK time, with flexibility for troubleshooting during big events.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a strong technical aptitude with the ability to read and interpret software manuals.
• Proven experience with WordPress plugin management, troubleshooting, and quality assurance is required.
• Familiarity with building landing pages in Thrive Themes or similar tools is necessary.
• A keen attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines are essential.
• Candidates should be comfortable with repetitive tasks while maintaining high quality.
• Strong communication skills for collaborating with senior management are required.
• Project management experience to effectively juggle multiple tasks is necessary.
• Brownie points will be given for intermediate to advanced graphic design skills, experience with conversion rate optimization (CRO) and funnel development, knowledge of PPC platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, or Bing Ads, familiarity with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), advanced webmaster skills (e.g., htaccess, CSS, PHP), advanced video editing skills for PPC campaigns, and team lead or people management experience.
