Description:
The WordPress Architect position at Evolving Web involves working closely with developers, designers, project managers, and clients to create high-quality websites and applications that benefit organizations and communities.
The role requires scoping and architecting technical solutions, creating documentation, and utilizing DevOps tools like Vagrant, Docker, and Circle CI.
The Architect will advise and manage teams to achieve measurable results and must have a high-level view of projects to successfully deliver solutions.
Additionally, the position involves working on enterprise-level projects, conducting technical workshops, and collaborating with clients and internal teams for project scoping and estimation.
The Architect should have experience in PHP and Drupal development, as well as using project management tools like Redmine or JIRA.
Strong communication skills in both French and English are necessary for this role.
Requirements:
5+ years of development and technical leadership experience at the project level.
Experience with enterprise-level projects and architecting large-scale solutions according to technical specifications.
Ability to work with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams on pre-sales scoping, project estimation, and determining the best solutions.
Capacity to prioritize, multi-task, and work on different projects concurrently.
Experience advising and managing teams of developers and designers to achieve measurable results.
Strong communication skills in both French and English.
Proficiency in using DevOps tools like Vagrant, Docker, Circle CI, and project management tools like Redmine or JIRA.
Capability to create and present reports that communicate the details of a solution.
Willingness to train technical and non-technical teams on solutions.
