Remote WordPress Architect

Description:

• The WordPress Architect position at Evolving Web involves working closely with developers, designers, project managers, and clients to create high-quality websites and applications that benefit organizations and communities.
• The role requires scoping and architecting technical solutions, creating documentation, and utilizing DevOps tools like Vagrant, Docker, and Circle CI.
• The Architect will advise and manage teams to achieve measurable results and must have a high-level view of projects to successfully deliver solutions.
• Additionally, the position involves working on enterprise-level projects, conducting technical workshops, and collaborating with clients and internal teams for project scoping and estimation.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of development and technical leadership experience at the project level.
• Experience with enterprise-level projects and architecting large-scale solutions according to technical specifications.
• Ability to work with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams for pre-sales scoping, project estimation, and determining the best solutions.
• Proficiency in PHP and Drupal development when necessary.
• Strong communication skills in both French and English.
• Experience using project management tools like Redmine or JIRA.
• Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and work on different projects concurrently.
• Experience advising and managing teams of developers and designers to achieve measurable results.
