  • The role is for a skilled WordPress Developer / Web UI Designer with strong front-end development expertise.
  • Responsibilities include developing, customizing, and maintaining WordPress websites, themes, and plugins to meet specific project requirements.
  • The developer will optimize website performance, speed, scalability, and adhere to SEO technical best practices.
  • Troubleshooting and fixing bugs, security vulnerabilities, and compatibility issues is essential.
  • Ensuring websites are responsive across mobile and desktop devices and integrating third-party tools and APIs as needed is required.
  • Staying up-to-date with WordPress updates, industry trends, and best practices is expected.
  • The role involves creating complex, visually appealing, and user-friendly designs from scratch, following UI/UX design guidelines.
  • The developer will integrate branding into web UI designs and refresh existing branding for modern appeal.
  • Collaboration with the marketing and product team to ensure alignment with business goals and brand guidelines is crucial.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a WordPress developer with a strong portfolio of previous projects is required.
  • Proficiency in front-end technologies, including WordPress, HTML, CSS, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript is necessary.
  • Strong knowledge of PHP and MySQL is essential.
  • Knowledge of Google Tag Manager (GTM) is required.
  • Experience with Google’s suite of tools, including Tag Manager, Search Console, Page Speed Insights, and Maps APIs is needed.
  • Experience in custom WordPress theme and plugin development is mandatory.
  • Knowledge of Git version control and website security best practices is required.
  • The ability to develop complex, custom designs from scratch based on UI/UX design guidance is essential.
  • Experience in designing intuitive and visually appealing UI/UX experiences using Figma is necessary.
  • A strong understanding of website architecture and best practices for security is required.
  • Familiarity with graphic design tools like Figma is essential.
