We are seeking a skilled and proactive WordPress Developer with advanced proficiency in Elementor Pro to join our team.
You will be instrumental in building and maintaining a variety of web projects for a diverse clientele.

This is a full-time remote position with an initial part-time onboarding period.
Responsibilities include building and maintaining websites using WordPress and Elementor Pro, utilizing AI tools for task acceleration, implementing on-page and basic technical SEO, managing tasks through ClickUp, working independently based on provided wireframes, and implementing multi-regional websites.
You will also manage technical SEO elements, adapt modular designs, handle multilingual content, maintain documentation and communication, and participate in SEO migrations.

Requirements:

Advanced proficiency in WordPress and Elementor Pro with at least 4 years of experience.
Regular use of AI tools within Elementor Pro and ChatGPT for task acceleration.
Solid knowledge of on-page SEO and basic technical SEO, including speed optimization, site structure, tags, and RankMath.
Experience using ClickUp or other task management tools.
Ability to work independently based on provided guidelines.
Fluency in both Spanish and English.
Experience in multi-regional projects with subdirectory and hreflang implementation.
Knowledge of 301 redirects, technical SEO, Google Search Console, language-specific sitemaps, and RankMath configuration.
Experience adapting predefined sitemaps and modular structures in Elementor.
Ability to manage multilingual content efficiently without duplication.
Strong documentation, organization, and communication skills.
Experience with website redesigns or SEO migrations.
Must be agile, solution-oriented, possess good judgment, work well in a team, and be accustomed to organized processes.
Ability to work quickly without compromising quality, maintain clean website configurations, demonstrate proactivity, communicate effectively, commit to deadlines, and adapt as needed.

This is a full-time position requiring approximately 40 hours per week, with the first month being part-time.
The position is fully remote, allowing for flexible work arrangements.
The start date is as soon as possible.
The starting salary is $1000+, with flexibility depending on experience and background.
There is an opportunity to grow to more hours based on performance.
