Description:

We are looking for a Freelance WordPress Developer with experience in migrating to WordPress Multisite.
The main responsibility will be to lead the migration of the company's current site to a multisite configuration with 4 sites by region, ensuring system performance, security, and stability.
The developer will migrate the current website to a WordPress Multisite setup.
They will maintain the original structure of the site while adapting it to the new multisite environment.
The role involves configuring and optimizing servers in Nginx/Apache for the new multisite ecosystem.
The developer will also be responsible for developing and customizing themes and plugins according to project needs.
They will implement WordPress Hooks (Actions and Filters) for advanced customization.
The integration and optimization of the WordPress REST API will be part of the responsibilities.
The use of WP-CLI for quick and efficient administration is required.
Ensuring the security and performance of the system post-migration is essential.

Requirements:

Required stack includes intermediate to advanced PHP, MySQL, and solid knowledge of JavaScript (AJAX, jQuery, React for Customizer/Gutenberg).
Proficiency in WordPress Hooks (Actions & Filters), WordPress REST API, and WP-CLI for quick administration is necessary.
Experience in server configuration using Nginx/Apache is important.
The candidate must have experience in creating plugins/themes, performance optimization, and security.
