The role requires thriving in an independent work environment and managing projects from conception to completion.
Excellent communication skills are necessary for collaborating with cross-functional teams and conveying technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Proficiency in version control systems like Git is essential for tracking code changes and ensuring code quality.
Experience with development tools and methodologies such as unit testing frameworks, CI/CD, and agile principles is required.
