  • Responsibilities include crafting innovative solutions, independently planning and executing WordPress development projects, and demonstrating mastery of specialized skills.
  • You will need to have a deep understanding of the WordPress platform, front-end and back-end development, integration and automation, content management, performance optimization, and security maintenance.

Requirements:

  • You must have a minimum of 8+ years of experience as a Senior WordPress Developer with a proven track record of building high-quality CMS applications.
  • A strong understanding of CMS theories, concepts, principles, and methods is required, particularly with WordPress.
  • You should demonstrate the ability to solve complex problems and develop innovative solutions using specialized CMS skills.
  • The role requires thriving in an independent work environment and managing projects from conception to completion.
  • Excellent communication skills are necessary for collaborating with cross-functional teams and conveying technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in version control systems like Git is essential for tracking code changes and ensuring code quality.
  • Experience with development tools and methodologies such as unit testing frameworks, CI/CD, and agile principles is required.
  • You should have knowledge of content management best practices, SEO techniques, and experience in optimizing website performance.
