Description:

The WordPress Full Stack Engineer will be responsible for developing and maintaining sophisticated web applications, with a focus on optimizing WordPress sites within the LegalMatch platform.
The role involves managing web servers, implementing containerization strategies, and collaborating with different teams to align technology solutions with company goals.
This position combines hands-on coding, technical responsibilities, and a minor leadership role, including mentoring team members and ensuring technical excellence in all outputs.

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of software development experience, covering frontend, backend, and DevOps, with a strong proficiency in WordPress.
Expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP, along with experience in WordPress development, including custom themes and plugins.
Solid understanding of web server technologies like Apache, Nginx, and Server Side Includes (SSI).
Familiarity with object-oriented programming languages, Docker, Jenkins pipelines, and headless CMS architectures.
Knowledge of auxiliary services such as Visual Website Optimizer (VWO) and Google Tag Manager (GTM), as well as strong problem-solving and communication skills.
