• RYNO Strategic Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated WordPress Specialist & Administrator to join their web development team.
• The primary responsibility of this position is to ensure the quality and functionality of the websites built and maintained for clients.
• The ideal candidate should possess a sharp eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and a solid understanding of web technologies.
• Responsibilities include developing and executing test plans and test cases for websites, testing for accessibility, cross-browser compatibility, design adherence, functionality, responsiveness, SEO best practices, speed, and performance.
• The role involves working with developers to implement and verify changes, maintaining detailed records of testing procedures, results, and issues, and communicating findings effectively to relevant departments.
• The candidate will also provide feedback and recommendations for improving web-based products and services, along with other tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in WordPress website testing and quality assurance, clearly detailed on the resume.
• A strong understanding of web development and design principles is required.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, PHP, and JavaScript is necessary.
• Proficiency with testing tools and bug tracking systems, such as Lighthouse and BrowserStack, is essential.
• Technical proficiency in web technologies is required.
• Preferred skills include web development experience, some design UX knowledge, familiarity with Figma and GTMetrix, and a basic understanding of digital marketing SEO and PPC strategies.
• Candidates should demonstrate high attention to detail, critical thinking, strong verbal and written communication skills, problem-solving abilities, excellent organizational skills, and a focus on efficiency and time management.
