Description:
We are looking for a Senior WordPress Developer specializing in developing high-performance, SEO-optimized websites with a strong focus on analytics and digital marketing strategies.
In this role, you will take ownership of WordPress development, implementing custom themes and plugins, optimizing site speed and performance, and ensuring seamless integration with SEO and analytics tools.

Responsibilities include developing, customizing, and maintaining WordPress themes and plugins to meet business and marketing needs.
You will implement and optimize SEO best practices, including schema markup, on-page SEO, and technical SEO improvements.
You will enhance website performance, ensuring fast load times, mobile responsiveness, and Core Web Vitals optimization.
You will set up and manage Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and other tracking tools to monitor and improve website performance.
You will integrate third-party marketing and analytics platforms such as Google Search Console, SEMrush, and Ahrefs.
You will ensure seamless data collection and reporting by configuring events, goals, and funnels in analytics tools.
You will work with APIs and webhooks to integrate external services with WordPress.
You will troubleshoot and debug WordPress-related issues, ensuring optimal site stability and security.
You will collaborate with designers, marketers, and stakeholders to implement website improvements and new features.
Requirements:
You must have 5+ years of experience in WordPress development, including theme and plugin development.
You must possess fluent English communication skills.
You should have strong expertise in SEO best practices, including technical SEO, structured data, and performance optimization.
You must have experience with Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and other digital analytics tools.
You should be proficient in PHP, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and modern front-end frameworks.
You must have experience optimizing WordPress websites for speed and performance, including caching, lazy loading, and asset minification.
You should be familiar with popular SEO and marketing tools such as Yoast SEO, Rank Math, SEMrush, and Ahrefs.
You must have knowledge of website security best practices and experience with WordPress security plugins.
You should have the ability to work independently while collaborating within a distributed team environment.
