• InVitro Capital is seeking a skilled and innovative Wordpress/Webflow Web Developer to design, develop, and maintain high-quality websites that align with our brand and mission of empowering small businesses.
• The ideal candidate will excel in crafting visually stunning, user-friendly, and responsive websites that drive engagement and deliver exceptional user experiences.
• This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring creative concepts to life and ensure seamless website functionality.
• Working hours are Monday to Friday, Pacific Time Zone.
• Key responsibilities include building and maintaining dynamic websites using Wordpress and Webflow, ensuring scalability, performance, and responsiveness.
• The developer will transform design mockups into functional, aesthetically pleasing websites while adhering to branding guidelines.
• Responsibilities also include updating and managing website content, implementing and managing plugins, themes, and third-party tools, conducting extensive testing across devices and browsers, and implementing on-page SEO best practices.
• The role requires continuous optimization of website speed, functionality, and performance to provide an exceptional user experience.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor's degree in Web Development, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience) is required.
• A minimum of 4+ years of experience developing websites using Wordpress and Webflow is necessary.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design techniques is essential.
• Experience with CMS customization, plugin integration, and theme development is required.
• A strong understanding of SEO best practices and website optimization is necessary.
• Familiarity with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch is preferred.
• Experience with website performance monitoring and troubleshooting is required.
