Wisevu™ is seeking a Full-Stack WordPress Website Developer to build and maintain high-performance, secure, and user-friendly WordPress websites for clients.
The role involves collaborating with developers, designers, project managers, and clients to understand their needs and create effective solutions.
Responsibilities include designing, developing, and maintaining WordPress websites and plugins, optimizing website performance, and ensuring responsiveness across devices.
The developer will write efficient, maintainable, and reusable code in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and MySQL.
The position requires troubleshooting and debugging front-end and back-end issues and staying updated on the latest WordPress updates and security practices.

Requirements:

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field is required.
Candidates must have 3+ years of experience in WordPress development, with expertise in both front-end and back-end functionality.
Strong skills in custom theme and plugin development, front-end UI implementation, and back-end logic using WordPress APIs and PHP are essential.
In-depth knowledge of PHP, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and SQL is necessary.
Experience with version control systems like Git is required.
A good understanding of SEO best practices related to web development is important.
Candidates should be detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and possess good communication skills, both written and verbal.

The starting monthly salary ranges from $1500 to $4000 CAD, negotiable based on competencies, skills, and experience.
