Wisevu™ is seeking a Full-Stack WordPress Website Developer to build and maintain high-performance, secure, and user-friendly WordPress websites for clients.
The role involves collaborating with developers, designers, project managers, and clients to understand their needs and create effective solutions.
Responsibilities include designing, developing, and maintaining WordPress websites and plugins using best practices.
The developer will optimize website performance and ensure responsiveness across all devices.
Writing efficient, maintainable, and reusable front-end and back-end code (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, MySQL) is essential.
The position requires collaboration with designers to convert designs into responsive web pages and adherence to SEO best practices.
The developer will implement APIs, integrate third-party solutions, and troubleshoot both front-end and back-end issues.
Staying updated on the latest WordPress core updates, full-stack technologies, and security best practices is crucial.

Requirements:

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field is required.
Candidates must have 3+ years of experience in WordPress development, including both front-end and back-end functionality.
Strong full-stack WordPress expertise is necessary, including custom theme and plugin development, front-end UI implementation, and back-end logic using WordPress APIs and PHP.
In-depth knowledge of PHP, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and SQL is required.
Experience with version control systems like Git is essential.
A good understanding of SEO best practices as it pertains to web development is necessary.
Candidates should be detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality.
Good communication skills, both written and verbal, are required.

The position offers fully remote work.
The starting monthly salary ranges between $1500-$4000 CAD, negotiable during the interview based on competencies, skills, and experience.
