GoodLeap is seeking an experienced Workday Financial Systems Administrator to join their finance team.
This position is critical for the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of Workday Financials modules.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Workday Financials modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Procurement, Prism, Accounting Center, and Financial Planning.
Responsibilities include assisting in the implementation of Workday financial systems, overseeing accounting mapping and journal entry rules, and conducting testing and validation of system changes.
The role requires collaboration with the Accounting and Business Intelligence teams to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
The administrator will also provide training and support to end-users and participate in finance transformation initiatives.

Requirements:

Candidates must have a strong understanding of financial processes, accounting principles, and reporting requirements related to ERP systems.
Proficiency in maintaining and troubleshooting business systems is required, along with knowledge of systems integration.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, with attention to detail and a commitment to data integrity.
Excellent collaboration skills are necessary, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Candidates should be able to manage multiple priorities and projects in a dynamic environment.

The salary for this position ranges from $125,000 to $160,000 per year.
This role may also be eligible for a bonus in addition to the base salary.
