Description:
We are seeking a Workfront Fusion Technical Lead to own the design, development, and management of our enterprise automation solutions using Workfront Fusion.
As a key member of our delivery team, you will lead integration strategies, ensure scalability, and support cross-functional initiatives aimed at improving workflows, visibility, and operational efficiency.
Key responsibilities include leading development and architecture by designing, developing, and maintaining scalable Workfront Fusion integrations and automation workflows across systems such as Workfront, Adobe Experience Manager, Salesforce, Jira, Slack, and others.
You will collaborate with business stakeholders and project managers to translate business requirements into technical solutions using Workfront Fusion.
You will define and enforce integration governance, documentation standards, and reusable frameworks within Workfront Fusion.
Troubleshooting and optimization will involve diagnosing and resolving issues related to workflows and integrations, monitoring system performance, and implementing improvements.
You will provide technical leadership to junior developers or admins and work closely with Workfront system admins, business analysts, and other IT teams.
You will drive integration initiatives from planning through execution, ensuring alignment with broader business goals and timelines.
Requirements:
A minimum of 5 years of experience in enterprise systems integration, with at least 2 years of hands-on experience with Workfront Fusion is required.
A deep understanding of Workfront platform capabilities, APIs, custom forms, object model, and advanced reporting is essential.
Strong knowledge of REST APIs, webhooks, and integration patterns is necessary.
Proficiency in data transformation, error handling, and automation logic in Workfront Fusion is required.
Experience integrating with systems like Salesforce, Jira, Slack, AEM, Microsoft Teams, or similar platforms is needed.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail are crucial.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with a collaborative mindset are required.
