Description:

• Intetics Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Solution Engineer to serve as the technical bridge between customers and the product.
• Responsible for ensuring customer success through expert technical guidance, seamless onboarding, and ongoing support.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role (Solutions Engineering, Technical Account Management, Implementation, or similar).
• Strong technical aptitude with the ability to quickly learn new technologies and systems.
• Excellent communication skills for explaining complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Experience with data integration, APIs, and database concepts.
• Proven track record of managing multiple customer projects simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Customer-first mindset with a passion for helping others succeed.
• (Plus) Experience with SQL, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), software development, SaaS or B2B technology, and enterprise software implementation methodologies.
