Requirements:

Strong commercial experience with Go, including memory management, garbage collection, and concurrency.
Experience building REST APIs and using Kafka for asynchronous messaging.
Proficient in MySQL (or another relational database) with knowledge of transactions, indexes, and locking mechanisms.
Experience implementing Redis caching strategies.
Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI or GitHub Actions).
