Description:

• Seeking a Senior Software Engineer to build and maintain backend services and automation workflows for CRM, lead routing, and AI-assisted sales development.
• Role involves Java or Python backend engineering, REST API, webhook, Salesforce integration, and CRM automation in an enterprise environment.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of relevant professional software engineering experience.
• Strong backend engineering experience with Java or Python.
• Hands-on REST API and webhook development experience.
• Salesforce platform development or API integration experience.
• Experience with CRM automation and lead-routing systems.
• Familiarity with agile delivery and Jira.
• Nice-to-Have: Salesforce Apex and Calendly API experience, experience building AI-assisted sales tooling.

Benefits:

• Remote contract opportunity available for candidates in LATAM only.
• 40 hours per week, with a schedule from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. U.S. Central Time.
