Remote (4070) Android Automotive Developer

Description:

• Develop and integrate applications within Android Automotive OS environments.
• Implement features such as Bluetooth connectivity, widgets, and infotainment components.
• Support system integration and technical implementation in embedded automotive platforms.
• Perform debugging and troubleshooting in complex systems.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (software, electronics, system integration).
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and automation processes.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and code quality.
• Participate in testing, validation, and system integration phases.
• Document processes, code, and technical deliverables.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electronics or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Android development (Java/Kotlin).
• Strong knowledge of Android SDK and mobile application development.
• Experience with Android Automotive OS, AOSP or Android TV/Tablet (2–3+ years).
• Experience working in Linux environments (Ubuntu preferred).
• Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab or similar).
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
