Description:

• Position: Admin & AI Automation VA
• Location: Philippines-based candidates only
• Compensation: $1,500 AUD - $2,000 AUD / Monthly
• Engagement Type: Independent Contractor Agreement
• Work Schedule: Align with AU business hours (approx. 7AM - 4PM AEST, Monday to Friday) with flexibility in time management.
• Company: Hunt St, specializing in connecting Australian companies with remote talent in the Philippines.
• Client: Established contractor in joint sealing and waterproofing solutions across construction sectors.
• Role: Provide administrative support and improve internal systems, focusing on AI and business automation.

Requirements:

• Strong experience with AI/automation workflows (especially Claude Code) or Airtable, with a willingness to learn.
• Excellent written English and professional email communication skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and data handling.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues proactively.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn new systems and processes.
