Principal AI Architect responsible for the architecture of FourKites AI agents, including model choice and evaluation.
Hands-on role based in Chennai (hybrid), involving coding, design reviews, and setting architectural direction for digital workers.

Requirements:

Experience architecting and operating LLM agent systems with real users and traffic.
Deep knowledge of ML encoders and transformers, including training and fine-tuning models.
Proven context engineering skills, managing token budgets and retrieval for agents.
Experience in harness engineering, building execution layers around models.
Hands-on experience with online and offline evaluation frameworks.
10+ years in software or ML systems, with 3+ years on LLMs.
Strong Python skills; familiarity with Java or TypeScript.
Production experience on AWS or GCP, containers, and event-driven systems.
Excellent communication skills for technical and business discussions.
