The AI & Automation Engineer will apply AI and automation to improve processes across Business Systems, working with team leaders to identify and implement solutions that reduce manual effort.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in IT, computer science, engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
4+ years of experience in designing and deploying automation solutions in a business environment.
Practical experience with AI tools and platforms, workflow automation tools, and programming/scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell).
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to document processes and train teams.
