Description:

  • Lead the AI Enablement strategy, architecting and scaling AI capabilities across Actian.
  • Design internal AI tooling, integrate AI into products, and establish LLMOps/MLOps practices.

Requirements:

  • Strong background as a Senior AI/ML Engineer or Software Architect with experience in enterprise SaaS.
  • Deep expertise in Python or Go, semantic search, vector databases, and LLM fine-tuning.
  • High-agency mindset with a proactive approach to building AI frameworks.
  • Strong software engineering skills, including CI/CD and clean code architecture.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills to influence teams without direct authority.
