Remote Principal Success Architect - AI Control Tower

Description:

• Drive customer outcomes and value realization for ServiceNow's AI Control Tower solution.
• Guide customers through AICT adoption, focusing on compliance and governance frameworks.
• Participate in technical implementation and manage stakeholder relationships for successful adoption.
• Develop enablement content and act as the voice of EMEA customers for product feedback.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of technology implementation or solution delivery experience in GRC, risk, or AI governance.
• Customer-facing advisory experience with ability to translate technical capabilities into business outcomes.
• Strong understanding of AI governance concepts and regulatory compliance (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, ISO 42001).
• Excellent communication skills and strong analytical problem-solving abilities.
• Deep ServiceNow platform expertise or extensive GRC/risk management background required.
