Description:

  • Full-Time, Remote position for a Senior Support Network Engineer at Pavago.
  • Support and maintain ISP and fixed wireless network infrastructure while providing technical support to U.S.-based B2B customers.

Requirements:

  • Strong networking expertise and excellent communication skills.
  • Hands-on experience with MikroTik and Cisco routers, fixed wireless technologies, and dynamic routing protocols (OSPF, BGP).
  • Previous experience in customer-facing technical support roles.
