Description:

  • Configure, customize, and optimize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to support recruitment workflows.
  • Develop AI-powered automations and integrate ATS with third-party applications to streamline recruitment processes.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in software development or technical product engineering.
  • Hands-on coding experience and familiarity with ATS platforms or recruitment technology systems.
  • Strong understanding of APIs, webhooks, and system integrations.
