Description:
- Vivant is seeking Level 1-2 Support Engineers to ensure 100% uptime for SMBs.
- Responsibilities include troubleshooting VoIP, internet, and WiFi issues, and managing support tickets.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of VoIP or Network Support experience.
- Strong understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, NAT, SIP, PBX systems, and SIP trunks.
- Ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical users.
- Experience with ticketing systems and remote customer rapport.
- English fluency required; resumes must be in English.
