Description:

  • Senior System Support Specialist II role focused on supporting Radiology Information Systems (RIS), Picture Archiving and Communication Systems (PACS), and Vendor Neutral Archives (VNA).
  • Responsibilities include providing technical support, resolving complex issues, and maintaining the stability of radiology IT environments.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Healthcare Informatics, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in Healthcare IT systems, particularly in radiology.
  • Proficiency in PACS, RIS, VNA, DICOM, HL7, IHE, Windows Server, SQL Server, and VMware.
  • Strong communication skills and experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow preferred).
  • Understanding of cybersecurity best practices and HIPAA compliance.
