Description:

  • Lead the operational hub for enterprise AI platforms, focusing on governance and operational agility.
  • Oversee AI gateway administration, workflow automation, and Model Context Protocol (MCP) integrations.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in technology operations, platform administration, or service management.
  • Hands-on experience with AI platforms (e.g., LiteLLM) and SaaS automation tools (e.g., n8n).
  • Understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, JSON, RBAC, and secret management.
  • Familiarity with cloud AI providers and core GenAI concepts.
  • Strong incident management and operational control experience.
  • Excellent communication skills to bridge technical and business needs.
