Description:

  • Lead the internal AI enablement initiatives at n8n, focusing on building AI and automation fluency across various functions.
  • Create programs and experiences to help teams confidently use and learn about AI and automation.

Requirements:

  • Practitioner-level fluency in n8n with experience in building automations.
  • Proven track record in running structured enablement programs for non-technical audiences.
  • Strong collaboration skills with IT, Security, and Data teams.
  • Fluent in English and based in a time zone with overlap to Central European hours.
