Description:

Own the fraud prevention strategy and implementation at an online crypto casino.
Detect and investigate bonus abuse, multi-accounting, payment fraud, and suspicious player activity.
Review flagged accounts, transactions, and withdrawals.
Develop fraud detection rules and controls to minimize losses while protecting legitimate players.
Collaborate with payments, compliance, and customer support to resolve cases and report emerging risks.
Work closely with the marketing team to approve reward and bonus schemes, mitigating gaming risks.

Requirements:

Extensive hands-on experience in a fraud and risk role at an online crypto casino.
Proven experience identifying bonus abuse, linked accounts, payment fraud, and chargebacks.
Confident in using fraud tools, device fingerprinting, and player transaction data.
Strong investigative skills and sound judgment in handling suspicious activity.
Ability to independently manage cases and take ownership of fraud processes.
Experience with crypto casinos and crypto payments is essential.
Ability to provide mathematical models to challenge the casino, games, and marketing campaigns to minimize fraud.
