Description:

  • Lead the development and execution of AI capability, adoption, and enablement strategies across the organization.
  • Build and coordinate a cross-functional AI Superteam to identify opportunities and scale AI use cases.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in learning & development, organizational development, or related fields.
  • Strong understanding of generative AI and experience using AI to improve knowledge work.
