Remote AI Engagement Lead

Description:

• Lead AI/GenAI engagements from discovery to deployment and production.
• Serve as the primary technical and delivery interface for clients and stakeholders.
• Translate business objectives into AI/ML solution requirements and engineering plans.
• Own project planning, prioritization, timelines, and overall delivery.
• Coordinate across teams including AI Engineers, Data Scientists, and Product Managers.
• Conduct client discussions, status reviews, and technical walkthroughs.
• Identify and resolve delivery risks and technical challenges.
• Architect and develop AI/ML and Generative AI solutions for enterprise use cases.
• Lead hands-on development of LLM-powered applications and AI workflows.
• Design and implement end-to-end AI application architectures.
• Work with frameworks like LangChain and integrate foundation models.
• Develop production-grade AI services and APIs using Python and cloud platforms.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in software engineering, AI/ML engineering, or data science.
• Strong hands-on experience in building and deploying AI/ML or Generative AI solutions.
• Proven experience leading technical teams while remaining hands-on.
• Proficiency in Python and experience with production-grade applications.
• Understanding of LLMs, Generative AI, NLP, and AI agents.
• Experience with AI/GenAI frameworks and LLM APIs.
• Familiarity with vector databases and semantic search.
• Experience designing cloud-based AI solutions on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Understanding of APIs, microservices, Docker, and CI/CD.
• Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Master's in Business Analytics or equivalent work experience.
