Remote AI-Engineer Agentic Development and Enablement (all gender)

Description:

• Responsible for developing software with AI agents, including Spec-Driven Development, coding agents, AI-supported testing, and operational delivery.
• Enable the further development and operation of solutions, actively participating in pairing, reviews, documentation, and clean handover.
• Measure benefits: effort with and without AI support, quality, and lead time.
• Identify and evaluate use cases for AI-supported development, testing, quality assurance, architecture, and operations, guiding them from piloting to implementation.
• Develop target architectures, guidelines, and governance for the sustainable, productive use of AI agents.
• Conduct workshops with departments, IT management, and development teams.

Requirements:

• Relevant experience in developing enterprise applications, ideally Java (Spring Boot or Quarkus) with relational databases.
• Productive experience with coding agents (e.g., Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, MCP, agent frameworks).
• Experienced with Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, and tool use beyond prototyping, including evaluation and operation.
• Knowledge of modern software development processes (SDLC, DevOps, CI/CD, GitHub) and practical experience with cloud platforms.
• Good knowledge of APIs, integration architectures, and data-driven applications.
• Proficient in German and English (spoken and written).
