Description:
- Join Sibill as an AI Engineer to develop AI products that enhance business management for clients.
- Collaborate with data, engineering, infra, product, and design teams to leverage critical business data.
Requirements:
- Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related STEM field.
- Proven experience in building and deploying AI applications used by thousands of users.
- Strong foundation in mathematics, statistics, probability, and machine learning.
- Proficiency in modern Python and software development tools (git, Docker, CI/CD, unit testing).
- Familiarity with APIs of major model providers and frameworks, with the ability to work independently.
- Fluent in Italian and English.
- Bonus: 4-5 years of experience in software or ML, with mentoring experience.
Benefits:
- Salary range: €60,000 to €80,000 based on experience.
- Meal vouchers: €8 per working day.
- Full remote work option (residency in Italy required), with occasional onboarding in Milan.
