Description:

  • Senior/Staff Engineer position focused on AI Agents and Production Reliability for an AI marketing platform for dental practices.
  • Responsible for ensuring production reliability, debugging, and monitoring of AI agents and integrations.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in building and operating production systems with incident ownership.
  • Hands-on experience with LLM applications in production, including debugging and evaluations.
  • Proficient in Python and TypeScript, with experience in event-driven services and databases like MongoDB or Postgres.
  • Ability to work U.S. Eastern Time business hours and based in Canada, Argentina, Brazil, or the UK as an independent contractor.

Benefits:
