Requirements:

Strong background in software engineering, particularly Java, backend systems, and distributed architectures.
Proven experience leading teams as a hands-on line manager.
Demonstrated success delivering scalable, production-grade systems in enterprise environments.
Experience building or integrating AI/ML or Generative AI solutions in production.
Ability to translate complex business challenges into robust technical solutions.
Solid experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS) and modern engineering ecosystems (CI/CD, containers).
Understanding of AI system design, evaluation, and operational practices (e.g., LLMOps).
Experience in regulated or data-intensive environments is a strong advantage.
