Description:

  • Join Joblogic as an AI Evaluation Engineer to ensure quality in AI models and agents.
  • Own the evaluation process, defining quality metrics and driving improvements in AI agent performance.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years in ML evaluation, quality assurance, or data science with a focus on evaluation.
  • Strong Python skills and experience with LLM-powered applications, including dataset creation and evaluation.
  • Familiarity with classical ML evaluation metrics and statistical analysis for small datasets.
  • Knowledge of AI safety, compliance, and GDPR handling.
  • Excellent communication skills and experience in cross-functional collaboration.
