Remote AI Inference Engineer

Description:

• The Founding AI Inference Engineer will define and build the inference serving layer, reporting directly to the CTO.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in building or operating large-scale inference serving systems.
• Deep hands-on experience with inference serving frameworks and optimization techniques (e.g., batching, quantisation).
• Strong systems thinking and ability to reason about the full request-response path in a large cluster.
• Experience making high-stakes architecture decisions and owning outcomes.
• Comfortable collaborating with GPU/CUDA engineers for performance integration.
• Ability to operate without a playbook in a founding role.
