Description:

Lead the development of AI-driven automation and efficiency solutions within OP Labs, a leading blockchain infrastructure provider.
Collaborate with data and business teams to identify pain points and transform business problems into AI use cases.
Design, prototype, and scale AI tools and solutions, ensuring they are production-ready and secure.
Serve as an internal advisor on AI capabilities and best practices, mentoring teams on effective AI tools.
Drive the adoption of AI solutions, gathering feedback and iterating for real business impact.
Ensure compliance with privacy, security, and ethical standards in AI implementations.
Measure the impact of AI solutions through defined success metrics.
Stay updated on new AI models and practices to innovate within the business.

Requirements:

4+ years in software engineering or a technical/analytical role; 1+ year in applied AI or automation.
Strong understanding of LLMs and hands-on experience with AI tools and frameworks (e.g., Python, Gemini, Claude).
Experience in building and scaling production systems with strong coding and debugging skills.
Ability to translate business processes into technical solutions with a focus on measurable impact.
Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
Experience collaborating with engineering, legal, and compliance teams, with an understanding of privacy and ethical considerations.
Nice to have: Background in BizOps, Data Science, or experience building AI agents.
