Description:

  • Join Deepgram as a Senior Software Engineer focused on Model Evaluation & AI Systems.
  • Responsible for validating the quality of speech, audio, and multilingual models before customer release.
  • Build evaluation pipelines and quality assurance frameworks to ensure model performance in batch and streaming environments.

Requirements:

  • BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science, AI, Applied Math, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of professional software or QA engineering experience, with a focus on test infrastructure or evaluation systems.
  • Proficient in backend/scripting languages such as Python, Rust, or Go.
  • Experience in designing automated test pipelines and evaluation frameworks.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess metrics and statistical variations.
