Requirements:

• 5 years of experience in compliance technology, legal technology, or software development for compliance/legal functions.
• Strong understanding of compliance rules and operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in AI, Computer Science, Engineering, Law, or related fields preferred.
• Hands-on experience with RAG systems, embeddings, vector databases, and advanced agentic approaches.
• Knowledge of LLM fundamentals, prompt engineering, and multi-agent systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to conduct independent research.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; bilingual English/Mandarin preferred.
