• The role involves identifying and automating manual marketing workflows, creating AI-driven systems, and improving marketing efficiency and revenue impact.

Requirements:

• 4 to 8 years of experience in marketing, marketing technology, growth, or RevOps.
• Proven ability to independently build AI-driven solutions for manual workflows.
• Strong AI fluency with experience in tools like Claude Code, Cursor, n8n, Make, or similar.
• Technical aptitude with systems, APIs, webhooks, and data flows.
• Experience using AI tools for automation beyond basic content generation.
• Ability to operate cross-functionally and access necessary data and systems.
• Clear understanding of AI trends in marketing based on practical experience.
• Builder mindset demonstrated through projects or internal tools.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-autonomy environment.
