Future Works is an AI-native professional services firm focused on operational AI and data systems.
The AI/ML Engineer will design and build an AI agent system for managing complex transaction workflows for a large enterprise client.

Requirements:

4+ years in software or machine learning engineering, with experience in building LLM-powered features or agents.
Strong Python skills and experience in building data pipelines and integrating data sources.
Hands-on experience with agent frameworks, tool and function calling, and prompt engineering.
Experience in document processing and financial analytics is preferred.
Exposure to commercial real estate or document-heavy transaction domains is a plus.
Ability to work in agile, milestone-based sprint cycles.
